Automated Fulfillment Systems Inc. ("AFS")

Provides complete "back-end" services to its Direct Response clients doing business in Canada.

Located near Toronto, AFS maintains a 50,000 s.f. fulfillment centre, a 25 seat bilingual call centre, payment card processing facilities, all powered by a state of the art software written and maintained in-house.

Clients include: major retailers - Sears Canada and the Hudson's Bay Company, leading merchandise syndicators - North American Syndication Group Inc., South Klein Marketing, Holsted Marketing, Synapse Group, Bobley Harmann, and DRTV marketers - Lippenwald Inc., Allstar Marketing, Spin Master Inc., Europro.

AFS may provide automated order capture through various associated agencies (ie. Dream Team partner "AIS"), or through standard mail or live in-bound call centre. AFS receives web orders through various methods from its clients' sites.

However captured, AFS provides:
