Robert Riess, VP Marketing

For 27 years, Robert Riess has been making his mark as a direct response genius, creating concepts, crafting copy, and producing measurable results for his own companies and on behalf of national and global clients. As a proven Senior Strategist, Robert helped grow and develop direct mail and print programs that were innovative and new to direct response. Robert is credited with the most innovative marketing techniques for nutritional supplements. Riess developed the first magalog to sell nutritional products. Al Laufer- VP- Direct Mail

Al Laufer, a 30-year veteran of the industry, oversees growth and development at Nature Trade Center. He also manages all aspect of direct response campaigns plus the operational and administrative staff.

Al's expertise in building complex lead generation programs and creative sales campaigns has grown his reputation as one of the most knowledgeable direct response managers in the business. Al is known as someone who fully understands direct marketing landscape and strives to make each campaign exceed expectations and build momentum for the next.

These 3 professionals head up our in house design team. Trish Richardson

Trish reconciles inventory, continuity numbers and shipments with fulfillment centers on a weekly basis. Assists with the production of products e.g. labels, bottle sizes and PO?s to manufactures. Edits labels and submits for approval. Edits all creative and match with script (ensure company, product, pricing etc. are identical). Informs fulfillment house and call centers of promotions and available offers. Reviews Sales Reports from call center and inputs into our daily count system. Reviews and Approves files in InSite for Spencer. Proofreads creative copy and submits revisions to in-house graphic designer. Reconciles Com-Pak inventory with RRD/Spencer and plans next mailer. Sets up 800 numbers, finalize script, and tests. Works with layout artist to finalize creative layout. Works with printer to obtain competitive quotes, complete additional copy changes, and transfer final copy to printer.
