Voicegenix, LLC (VGX) principals have over 40 years of experience in providing services to direct marketing and ecommerce companies. Our predecessor company started life in 1995 as Transnet Security, Inc. having developed one of the first real-time, online credit card processing platforms, a service that we still provide today. Shortly thereafter, we built out a fully-integrated platform to service our clientele for the internet era. After seeing the good, the bad and the ugly of call centers first-hand VGX partner, Joe Gioeli, was inspired to build a state-of-the-art interactive voice recognition (IVR) call center platform.
Our IVR platform, developed in the mid-2000’s is built around best-in-breed voice recognition engine & data querying systems and in-house developed techniques which unite to reduce caller fatigue, call length and cost per order and drive up conversions and revenue per order. Our inbound order platform is highly effective in generating upsells and cross-sells; immediately and automatically generating order transmittals; and providing instant recordings of all calls within seconds after the calls are completed.
Our reporting platform gives our clients all of their required data and summaries and can be accessed anytime through our online interactive Virtual Terminal (VT) and through auto-generated emailed reports.
We also have a full-function customer service platform that handles order status, cancellations, order modifications, returns as well as effectively handling saved sales. Of course our inbound platforms run 24/7/365, meaning that there is never a call on hold and never a need for a call-back due to answering machine messages each of which add unnecessary costs to the marketer.
In addition to our top notch call center, we also go back to our roots with a full service, full-functioned web commerce platform which handles everything from the buy button and beyond. Our system takes care of the credit card processing—in real time—order transmittals, transaction processing and a full suite of reports that gives our clients the information they need to make their key business decisions. We can even drive their fulfillment operation with our suite of logistics applications. When integrated with our call center, our clients are armed with a state-of-the-art system that operates their business in real-time, substantially reducing costs caused by batch processing delays and inefficiencies.
